Coconut Bliss is seeking a full-time Customer Service Manager (CSM). This role is responsible for development and the day-to-day implementation of consumer-facing customer service activities at Coconut Bliss. The CSM provides timely, knowledgeable and helpful responses to consumers who contact Coconut Bliss. It is essential this person maintains a solutions-oriented approach and always strives to add joy to a customer’s day in each interaction. The CSM also establishes and continuously improves customer service systems to efficiently meet customer service demands and deliver on customer satisfaction objectives. In addition, the CSM reviews donations requests and handles communications with community members requesting donations.
