Executive Chef Job Opening – Central Co-op, Seattle

Central Co-op is a natural foods grocery store established in 1978. We are rooted in the Capitol Hill neighborhood and owned by the people who work and shop here.

We are seeking a creative, collaborative individual to join our Operations team as the Executive Chef. This role is responsible for the overall operation of our deli, prepared foods, and catering business functions. Your hard work will directly impact Central Co-op’s business by ensuring a compelling product offering and consistent quality.

You will work closely with our strategic leadership team to develop and implement a growth plan for our food service business. In order to succeed with us, you will need to be a clear, considerate communicator and be skilled in developing and managing food production systems. A positive relationship between Prepared Foods Managers and Store Managers in our Seattle and coming Tacoma locations will help us build toward a resilient future.
