Are you feeling stressed? Even scared sometimes? You’re not alone. Please join us for a lunchtime presentation, facilitated by the Center for Dialog and Resolution, for natural foods staff who encounter and handle potentially volatile situations with customers, co-workers, relatives, and others.
We are providing this presentation free of charge because we feel it is essential information to share with Provender members and the larger natural foods community.
Since the advent of COVID, many must enforce regional mask regulations or company policy and manage the interpersonal conflict that transpires during those interactions. Come gain a better understanding of conflict, learn about de-escalation skills, and acquire some new tools to help in these potentially volatile situations. Register here.
