Your Contributions to the Team:

As the driving member of logistics, you will provide operational oversight and tactical action for GloryBee in support of strategic initiatives and supply chain management. Responsible for organizing and monitoring storage and distribution of goods, the Logistics Manager will oversee the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Engineering or related field.
  • Lean certification, or American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) certification/training highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 10 years progressively responsible experience leading and developing multiple departments of up to 50 people. Multi-site management experience required.
  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience with all aspects of distribution and logistics network design optimization to include: planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.
  • Solid background liaising and negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and customers.
  • Demonstrated strategic approach to directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle.
  • Experience in the Food and Beverage Industry is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively address all levels within the company.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office along with ERP and/or MRP systems.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing and utilizing Transportation Management System (TMS) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) software.
