Production Associate 

Full Time -40 hours per week
Schedule- Hours may vary- must be available weekends

Position Summary
In this position you will work in several areas of the Production Department, repackaging dry goods, decanting liquids into jars and buckets, labeling, washing and sanitizing for our container return program, working in our manufacturing room making our granolas, sprouted nuts, and dehydrating fruits, along with all associated procedures including planning, prep, cleanup, stocking, and inventory tracking.

Skill Requirements

  • Excellent attention to detail & organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to maintain excellence performing repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to arrive at work each day excited and ready to participate in helping others do their best.  Be committed to having fun.
  • Basic Computer skills.
  • Ability to operate in a bilingual (English-Spanish) work environment.  Bilingual ability is preferred, ability to understand the Spanish language and share basic information in is required.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs on a regular basis.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
