Jenica Caudill

Jenica earned her BA in Spanish and Latin American Studies from California State University, Chico and her MA in Latin American Studies from the University of Illinois, Urbana Champaign. Her passion for an organic, regenerative food system is rooted in her conviction that farmers and farm-workers, their families and communities deserve safe, healthy, and prosperous work environments. In her spare time, she enjoys collaging, drawing, practicing yoga, and attempting to play the banjo. She is currently a Sales Representative with Equal Exchange, where she’s helping to create greater market access in the U.S. for small-farmer grown products.
