Kristi Yoder
As a teenager growing up in Eastern Oregon, Kristi Yoder first became passionate about eating food grown and produced with integrity. This enthusiasm and rebelliousness of youth turned into a values-based career in natural foods and organic produce. Now, Kristi’s experience includes 25 years in organic produce and two decades of leadership in the natural foods field, based in Eugene, Oregon.
While at the University of Oregon, earning degrees in Environmental Studies and Biology, Kristi’s journey started as a Produce Clerk, growing into the position of Produce Manager and Front End Manager at Sundance Natural Foods. She then went on to work for organic wholesale produce marketer Organically Grown Company (OGC) as an Account Representative. She has proven to be a steadfast leader in business while staying true to purpose by serving organic growers, retailers, and eaters. She is currently the Senior Sales Manager at OGC.
Kristi credits the Provender Conference with contributing to her professional success and values the Provender Alliance as a business league vital to strengthening the organic and natural foods community. Serving on the Provender Alliance Board, Kristi is committed to growing positive business connections that benefit health of both people and the planet. She’s honored to be on the board and is dedicated to helping the organization thrive by serving its members with intention and cultivating the next generation of natural foods leaders.
For fun, Kristi enjoys the beauty of nature, spending time with family and friends, going on adventures in the forest or at the beach, playing games, visiting farms, watching basketball, and cooking delicious meals.
