Fred Coutts, President is a serial entrepreneur with a passion for natural products.
During his 40-year career, Fred has been involved in hundreds of product launches from retail to broker to manufacturer.
Fred understands what makes products successful and how to avoid running your vessel aground.

 

 

 

Glenn Ward, Founder, CleanCopack / a BumbleBar Company.  When Glenn attend his first Provender conference almost 25 years ago, he and his wife Liz were making
BumbleBars in a 300-square-foot kitchen on Vashon Island, WA. Today, Glenn is the Managing Director and co-founder of CleanCopack, an industry-trusted SQF (Safe Quality Food certified) food/supplement manufacturer and product development company in Spokane, WA. Glenn is an SQF Practitioner and PCQI, (Preventive Controls Qualified Individual certified) and applies the  principles of lean manufacturing and Agile project management daily, Glenn’s passion is helping small brands scale into national powerhouses. In fact, the top four direct-to-consumer bar brands have all benefited from CleanCopack’s services. Glenn also serves on the board of Oregon Tilth.

 

 

 

Franklin Smith is the Client Relationship and Retention Specialist at Oregon Tilth.  
He has nearly a decade of experience in the natural food industry, and his current role at Oregon Tilth
focuses on client retention, building relationships, and supporting clients throughout the organic certification process.  He lives in Eugene, OR.”
