ALLEN SEIDNER – Allen is principal of Thought For Food Consulting, specializes in prepared foods department design and operations consulting for cooperative and independently owned natural foods retailers. He’s worked in foodservice for most of his life, and as a prepared foods operations designer since 1997, having created program, financial and fixture plans for scores of leading retailers in the U.S. and Canada. He’s a former partner at Good Earth Natural Foods in Fairfax, CA, regional food service director for Wild Oats Markets, and prepared foods team leader for Whole Foods Markets. With Michelle O’Connor, he’s co-creator and presenter of DeliOps 101; and with Carolee Colter and Mark Mulcahy, the Rising Stars Leadership Development training seminars.

MICHELLE O’CONNERMichelle brings a fun and positive spin to systems and operations. Her natural foods focused experience spans 25 years and she has worked every position imaginable in the food service world.
