3 Sessions – $149
Spend three 90 minutes sessions with Trainer / Labor leader / Store Manager / General Manager / Entrepreneur John Mabbott. Using stories and personal experience, John will help you solve the mysteries of reliable and conscious retail leadership. These are the things that experienced managers wish they had been told early on in their careers. You will leave this experience with tools from business math to self-care, and everything in between.
Included will be Reverent Communication, Self-Defense Customer Service, Business Math – Margins and Magic, Embracing the Icky, and Self-Care.

About the presenter, John Mabbott:
In his 43 years in retail, John has been a Board Member of the Retail Clerks Union, Shop Steward at Safeway, Grocer Manager at PCC, Store
Manager at Central Co-op and Pharmaca, General Manager at Ashland Co-op and Sno-Isle Co-op, a natural foods broker, turn-around consultant with NCG at co-ops in Bisbee AZ, Durango CO, and Washington DC, owner of Sunset Hills Green Market and Wine in Seattle, Store Design and Business Development manager with Animal Supply, and GM of The Grange in Issaquah, WA.
In retirement, when he is not consulting and teaching, John can be found feeding the birds on his balcony, and seeing as many bands as possible.
