If you’re looking for a spring pick-me-up, these three perfume oil recipes are sure to get you there! They are easy to make and offer a fresh new start to spring, or as I like to call it, the season of life.

 Reflection Blend with Rose

This blend is grounding, but also very open. I often find myself in a state of reflection when I enjoy this aroma. It helps me to feel admiration for others and also for myself.

Invigorating Tropical Citrus Blend

This tropical retreat is sure to brighten any day! It provides sweet and spicy notes, and invigorates a zest for life!

Take-It-Easy Lavender Blend

Focused but soft, this blend can help to ease sensations of discontent. The mint and floral notes bring comfort and inner strength when they are needed most.

Blending & Bottling

  1. Insert whole flowers and/or other suggested dried botanicals into a 10 mL roll-top bottle until it is at least half full.
  2. Using a small funnel, fill the bottle with a neutral-scented carrier oil of choice, leaving about 1/4 inch of space at the top.
  3. Add the desired essential oil blend from the choices above.
  4. If space remains, top with a carrier oil to fill the bottle.
  5. Snap roller ball lid onto bottle. Roll bottle between palms to evenly mix oils.
