Warehouse Associate I

Fulltime- 40 hours, non-exempt
Shift: Monday-Friday (occasional weekend work)
between the hours of 7:45am-5:30pm

Position Summary
The primary duties of this position are to fill orders and ship outgoing product efficiently, accurately according to the procedures and protocols of the Warehouse. Collaborates with Warehouse Team to organize physical space for a safe & efficient work environment.  Provides accurate counts of physical inventories.  Safely operates pallet jacks and cart.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Excellent attention to detail & organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to receive instruction and follow through on assigned tasks and projects
  • Proficient math skills
  • Must be able to lift 60 lbs on a regular and repetitive basis, stand and walk for long periods.
  • Must be able to work in a variety of temperatures, including up to 3 consecutive hours in the walk-in cooler (34 degrees Fahrenheit) up to an hour moving in and out of a walk-in freezer (-10 degrees Fahrenheit), and temperatures in the warehouse that range from very cold to warm depending on the season.
  • Punctuality is expected
