The Future is Relational: Connection, Belonging & Trust

April 23rd 2026

AI is accelerating change. Teams are stretched. Dollars tight. Managers are challenged to lead through uncertainty, maintain performance, and keep people of all ages engaged…at the same time.

Yet the challenge most workplaces are facing isn’t just productivity.

It’s disconnection.

When trust is low, communication breaks down. Motivation slips. Burnout rises. Retention becomes harder. Even high-performing teams can lose momentum when people no longer feel connected to each other or to the work.

That’s why we’re inviting our community to join us for ‘The Future is Relational: Connection, Belonging and Trust’ a practical two-part webinar series with Laura King designed for leaders, managers, business owners, HR professionals, and employees at every level.

In this timely series, you’ll learn how to:

  • Build trust quickly and authentically
  • Strengthen team connection in times of change
  • Create cultures where people feel they belong
  • Recalibrate leadership choices in real time
  • Increase motivation, engagement, and retention
  • Embed relational leadership into everyday workplace culture

Whether you lead a team, support people, or simply want to create a healthier and higher-performing workplace, these sessions will give you tools you can use immediately.

Technology is advancing fast. Human skills matter more than ever.

About Laura

As a Leadership Coach, Facilitator and Mediator Laura centers human relationships, mindfulness, and communication in her work. She knows that growing people is at the heart of growing the natural foods movement, non-profits and cooperatives. She has 25 years of experience exploring both the art and science of adult development while supporting leaders and creating aligned teams. Her workshops and coaching focus on the deeply human need to learn and innate desire to realize one’s full potential.

A front row seat in co-operative leadership and human resources has provided insight into how much time and energy at workplaces is spent on avoiding uncertainties, covering up weaknesses, managing people’s impressions, and longing for more confidence. Drawing on the wisdom of Brene Brown, David Whyte, Resmaa Menakem and Leadership Pioneers from Minds at Work, she shares insight on ways to cultivate and maintain healthy workplace relationships while overcoming obstacles to change. Her work aligns with the inner development goals (being, thinking, relating, collaborating, acting) put forth by the UN as a pre-requisite for sustainable global change.
