PROVENDER & THE CONFERENCE
Provender Alliance is a (501-c6) non-profit organization providing networking, outreach, and education to natural products businesses doing business in the Pacific Northwest and beyond. Membership is made up of retailers, manufacturers, brokers, distributors, consultants, and individuals throughout the region. Now celebrating our 48th year, the Annual Educational Conference provides a a space for members to teach and to learn with members and non-members alike, to inspire and be inspired by our community, and to network around the heart & soul and nuts & bolts of natural products business in a trade show setting.

ALCOHOL
Alcohol consumption must be limited to designated times and locations. Please respect the alcohol policy as well as other guests staying at the Hood River Inn.

SMOKING
The Hood River Inn is a non-smoking facility. No smoking of any kind is allowed in the rooms.  There are several covered areas outside designated as smoking areas.

RECYCLING
There will be recycling boxes for paper and name tag holders.  We will also have containers available throughout the hotel for other recyclable items.

SNACKS AND BEVERAGES
All snacks are donated to the conference and available in our famous Samples Room. Café Màm will offer coffee plus an espresso cart. Bring your own mug!

WHAT TO BRING
Suggestions:
• Swimsuits for the pool (heated pool & spa )
• water bottle
• coffee/tea mug
• cold weather/rain clothing
• sensible footwear
• money to buy souvenir Provender logo items or to bid on silent auction items
• paper for notes

Also, remember to bring your company’s logo items for the raffle, and any high-value items you would like to donate to the Silent Auction, please. Raffle ticket sales support out Work Trade program. Silent Auction proceeds all go to the One Person Can Make A Difference scholarship fund.
