I combine decades of experience in organic food with innovative AI tools to help natural food brands scale profitably through Snackteva and SafeFoodAI. My clients experience smoother operations, simpler SQF and HACCP certifications, and significantly improved margins.

Certified consultant for Impact Washington, WA state’s Manufacturing Extension Partnership. I’ve helped WA food manufacturers streamline production, secure grants, and generate millions in new revenue. In California, I support natural food brands through a similar MEP-affiliated program, which makes it possible for eligible companies to have half of my consulting fees covered by state grants.
